Returns

When you order from Hotscamp.com, you can expect a high level of customer service. That's why our contact for dealing with such matters is niceman@hotscamp.com!

If the item you receive is different to that described at Hotscamp.com, please contact us to report the problem. If necessary you can return the item for a refund. Full contact details and returns address are on the Contact Us page. For a refund of the total cost of the order you must contact us within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days of shipment.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Except as described under 'Refunds' below, shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer.

Refunds

If you are withdrawing from your purchase within the first 7 working days after delivery and there has been no error on Hotscamp's part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

1) where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred;

2) where you are returning an entire order, we will refund the applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred;

3) we will only refund standard postage charges for items delivered outside the UK;

4) where we collect an item from you, we will have the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

With regard to returns initiated during the first 7 working days after delivery, we are not required to refund the cost of returning the item to ourselves unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on the part of Hotscamp, we are only required to refund the cost of the item. Please note that, with respect to returns initiated during the period between 7 and 30 days after delivery we are not required to refund the cost of delivery.

Where a refund is necessary such as if we are out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item , it is our responsibility to arrange a refund.

If a new unwanted item is returned opened, we may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.

Refunds are typically completed within 5 working days of initiation. The customer will receive an email to confirm the refund.
